Within the framework of Aluminerie Alouette's cafeteria service contract renewal, various improvements were made to both the facilities and the service.

The selected supplier, Sodexo, has completed the modernization work of its facilities in the service area. In addition to improving the aesthetic appearance through a contemporary design, the cafeteria will ultimately allow payment by alternative modes, thematic menus and improved experience, including a 24-hour access to the self-service food.

The work, which was spread over about two months, was successful. In fact, the transition period required the collaboration and understanding of all employees.

These improvements follow comments received from a previous satisfaction survey.

All employees have now access to a completely revamped cafeteria!
